Welcome to the
Cork Sugarcraft Association
If you love creating cakes and cake decorating you are welcome to join us.
We are a space where likeminded people of all ages and backgrounds meet regularly to share skills, learn from experts, do creative acitivities or simply have a cup of tea and a chat.
We are delighted to launch our 2027 Competition and Show which will be our 15th show since forming 31 years ago.
There will be approximately 100 competitors in addition to workshops, demonstrations, trade stands and a huge collaboration by top cake artists on display as well as a collab from our own members.
There will be 18 different categories showcasing a huge range of skills in what is now the only show of its kind in Ireland, attracting visitors from all over as well as showcasing amazing talent in cake design and decorating.
Our show is very much a captive audience for cake baking and decorating and an ideal opportunity to promote yourself or your brand. If you are a cake designer, maker, baker or cake decorator this show is for you and if this is your year to compete we have 18 different categories for you to choose from including a new TEAM category that will give two people the opportunity to work together to design and create an amazing entry.
If you would like to be part of our show and are in a position to sponsor a category or feel your Brand would benefit from a promotional trade stand we would love to hear from you.
If you are heading to the Cork Summer Show this weekend come and say hello.
You will find us in the Craft and Artisan zone where we will be demonstrating throughout the weekend and we would be more than happy to answer any cake related questions or queries you may have.
Saturday demonstrations include:
Marble Magic
Ellie the Elephant
Fondant Fun
Daffodil Delight
Sunday Demonstrations include:
Fathers Day Creations
Floral Fiar
Pretty Plaques
We hope to see you there.
