In this workshop, Maria O’Connor and Brian Roche will provide instruction on covering a dummy cake with fondant, achieving sharp edges, creating a snowman figure, and adding lettering to cakes. This workshop is ideal for beginners or those looking to enhance their sugarcraft skills.
Please note that you will need to bring the necessary equipment for the workshop. A list of required equipment will be provided.
The workshop will be held at Gingerbread House in Midleton.
